Epic Culture and Vestigo have partnered to host a free CEO Rappelling experience on Friday, January 18th near downtown Roswell as an impactful opportunity to meet and connect with other Atlanta Founders and CEO’s.

This experience will show you just how much mindset really matters, honing our ability to push our perceived limits and conquer fear. While rappelling is quite physically easy (my grandma did it with me once, true story), it can be extremely mentally challenging, allowing us to practice overcoming our fear of heights and our fear of embracing vulnerability, a critical trait of every CEO and leader.

Based on extensive psychological research made popular by best-selling author Brené Brown, vulnerability – the willingness to be “all in” even when you know it can mean failing and hurting - is the most powerful ingredient for deep human connection.

All equipment is provided and no prior skills are required.

- Packing List -

- Directions -
Click the pin on the map below to open Google Maps directions from your location to Allenbrook. Google maps tends to end their directions right outside the entrance to the gravel road. However, you'll want to drive down the short gravel road into the entrance of the park until you get to the parking area. This gravel road is quite visible and marked with a State Park sign on the right side of the road (when traveling north on Roswell Road). We'll meet you in the parking area.

Let us know about any insect allergies or relevant medical conditions we should know about, please contact me at or 706-534-4216 (Matt's cell). All Vestigo guides are Wilderness First Aid certified and CPR certified. Please let us know any preexisting medical concerns by the day before.
