During a period of rapid growth, Creature Comforts Brewing Company was struggling with how to unite all team members, both new and old, as one CC Family.
Our Solution
Vestigo developed an outdoor climbing and rappelling experience on Mount Yonah that was designed to reflect Creature Comforts’ core value of bold creativity and provide an opportunity for employees to come together, get to know each other, and push their limits.
Content for this program focused on building trust, thinking big, and getting comfortable with discomfort.
Results
Participants reported building personal connections with teammates with improved communications and a more team-oriented mindset coming out of the Vestigo experience.
